Fountain...................................Barbara Williams Waters, age 74, died Wednesday, August 23, 2017. Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, August 26, at 2:00 P.M. from the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Cam Coburn. Interment will follow in the Falkland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 until 2:00 P.M. and other times at the home of Kay and Robert Norville, 4200 NC 222 Falkland. Mrs. Waters was a member of the Falkland Presbyterian Church and was a charter member of Falkland EMS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Ray Waters; son, Arthur Ray "Little Ray" Waters; and sister, Martha Shackelford; and brother, Carlyle Williams. She is survived by her daughter, Pam W. Crocker and husband, Ricky of Fountain; son, William Earl "Buddy" Waters of the home; sisters, Kay Norville and husband, Robert of Falkland and Becky W. Steward of Greenville; two grandchildren, Leslie Sutton and Jasmine Crocker; three great grandchildren; four nieces, including a special niece, Karen Vandiford; and three nephews.
