Walstonburg..............................Charles Brian Toney, age 35, died Wednesday, October 12, 2016. Memorial service will be held Saturday, October 15, at 11:00 A.M. at Spring Branch Free Will Baptist Church by Rev. Doug Skinner. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church and other times at the home of Cindy Byrd and Vera Bagley, 7551 Hwy 91 South, Walstonburg, NC. Mr. Toney was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Richard Bagley and paternal grandfather, James Toney. He is survived by his mother, Cindy Byrd and husband, Danny of Walstonburg and his father, Larry Toney of Farmville; sister, Suzanne Duncan and fiancé, Rodney Lovic of Walstonburg; brother, Cameron Toney of Nashville; maternal grandmother, Vera Bagley of Walstonburg; paternal grandmother, Mary Toney of Farmville; niece, Megan Duncan; and nephew, Daniel Duncan.
