Farmville..................................David Michael McLawhorn, age 63, died Friday, December 30, 2016. Memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 3, at 11:00 A.M. from the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Carnie Hedgepeth. Mr. McLawhorn was preceded in death by his parents, R.A. and Dot McLawhorn and granddaughter, Adison Chase McLawhorn. He is survived by his son, Dave McLawhorn and wife, Brooke of Farmville; sister, Cindy Umstead and husband, Chuck of Goldsboro; brother, Robert McLawhorn and wife, Nell of Washington; grandchildren, Brynne and Aidyn McLawhorn; former wife ,Vida McLawhorn of Black Mountain; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
