Faye Albritton Farmer

Ayden...........................Faye Albritton Farmer, age 83 died Saturday, December 17, 2016. Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. from the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Bruce Jones. Interment will be held at 2:00 P.M. in the Ayden Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Farmville Funeral home one hour prior to the service from 10 until 11:00 A.M. and immediately following the service at the graveside. Mrs. Farmer was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ayden. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Russell "Jimmy" Farmer; son, James Russell Farmer Jr.; granddaughter, Ashley Farmer; and a brother, Aquilla "Quill" Albritton Jr. She is survived by a daughter-in-law/"daughter", Sandra Farmer of Ayden; granddaughter, Jessica Setzer and husband, Kelly of Winterville; and grandsons, Asher and Baylor Setzer. Known and loved by many, Faye made an impression on all she encountered. After battling sickness for many years, she passed peacefully in her sleep. Faye will spend Christmas with loved ones who have passed before, as well as, have the opportunity to celebrate with Jesus himself. She will always be remembered as a beloved wife, mother, Nana, and friend.
