Memorial service will be held Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 3:30 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. He is survived by his daughters, Melissa Forrest and Daina Forrest both of Greenville; sisters, Margaret Moore of Farmville, Janet Moore of Carrollton, VA, Myrtle Baker of Kinston, and Sandra Ellis of Farmville; and 2 grandchildren.
