Farmville.................................Magalene Beamon Gay, age 82, died Thursday, January 19, 2017. Funeral service will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 P.M. at the Farmville Church of God by Rev. Donald Daniels and Rev. Paul Wayne Goff. Interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens near Farmville. Mrs. Gay was a member of the Farmville Church of God. She is survived by daughters, Patricia Cobb and Bonnie Mozingo both of Farmville; sons, Connie Mozingo Jr. of Richlands, Joe Mozingo of Farmville, and Mike Mozingo of Farmville; sisters, Diane Murphy of Greenville and Carolyn White of Black Jack; brother, J.W. Beamon of Greenville; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and four step-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Farmville Funeral Home Saturday evening from 6 until 8:00 P.M., and other times at the home of Patricia and Jesse Cobb, 1358 Nash Road, Farmville, NC.
