Greenville........................Otis Vance Spain, age 83, died Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at his home. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 12, at 2:00 P.M. from Hollywood Cemetery in Farmville by Greg Oakley. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Branch Spain of the home; daughters, Shelia Oakley and husband, Greg of Plum Tree, NC and Debra Baker and husband, Don of Greenville; son, Randy Spain and wife, Susan of Winterville; and six grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 2245 Stantonsburg Road C, Greenville, NC 2834. Arrangements are by Farmville Funeral Home.
