Anthony Wayne Ellis

Funeral service will be conducted Monday, August 17, at 11:00 A.M. from the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Oscar Coggin. Interment will follow in Hollywood Cemetery in Farmville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home and other times at the home of John Wayne and Doris Ellis, 4154 Melissa Drive, Farmville, NC. Mr. Ellis retired from the Town of Farmville after ten years of service. He is survived by his wife, Mary M. Ellis of the home; son, Wayne Ellis of the home; parents, John Wayne and Doris Ellis of Farmville; brother, Brian Ellis and wife, Latanya of Winterville; and special cousin and caregiver, Christy Tugwell of Fountain. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Providence Baptist Church, 3335 East Wilson Street, Farmville, NC 27828.
