Winterville........................................Cynthia Baxley Groathouse, age 71, died on Sunday, June 17, 2018. A Memorial service will be held Friday, June 22 at 2:00 PM at the Farmville Funeral Home by Rev. Keith Gardner. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Groathouse was preceded in death by her husband, David Groathouse. She is survived by her son, Hugh Williams and wife, Kirkie of Farmville, North Carolina; daughter, Tiffany Williams Mignone and husband, Paul of San Diego, California; sister, Linda Franklin of Brentwood, California; grandchildren, Maggie, Molly, and Meghan Williams, and Fae and Joe Mignone. Cynthia enjoyed playing golf with her friends and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.
