Farmville..................................Dean Willoughby Corbett, age 72, died Wednesday, June 28, 2017. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 10:00 A.M. at Hollywood Cemetery by Dr. Rick Bailey. A memorial Service will follow at 11:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church in Farmville. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Mrs. Corbett was a member of the First Baptist Church in Farmville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Irene Willoughby; and a sister, Nell Joyner. She is survived by her husband, Alex Corbett of the home; daughter, Dr. Amanda Corbett and husband, Dr. Colin Sheffield of Chapel Hill; brothers, Joe Willoughby Jr. of Farmville, and Ernest Willoughby and wife, Jane of Burlington; and a grandson, Joseph William Laliberte.
