Wilson.................................. Emily Ann Owens Langley, age 84, formerly of Fountain, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. Graveside service will be held Thursday at 2:00 P.M. from Queen Anne Cemetery in Fountain by Rev. Doug Owens and Rev. Lewis Forsyth. Leaving to cherish her memory are her daughter, Alice Faith Langley and her grandson, Christopher Boyette Fitzgerald of Wilson; brother, Rev. Guy Owens of Wendell; sister-in-law, Audrey Owens of Fountain; and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves the children of her heart. Placido "Poncho" and Irma Herrera, their children whom she loved as grandchildren, Marvin Lee Herrera, Erica Faith and Manuel Lunar, their children, whom she loved as her great-grandchildren, Jose Manuel Lunar Jr., Julian Lunar, and Jazmine Lunar. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Alton Langley; parents, Curtis and Essie Lee Owens; grandson, Jonathan Langley Fitzgerald; sister, Dr. Hilda Owens; brother, Linwood Owens; and grandson of her heart, Julian Herrera.
