Graveside service will be held Thursday, June 22, at 2:00 P.M. at Pinewood Memorial Park in Greenville by Rev. Carnie Hedgepeth. The family will receive friends at the Farmville Funeral Home, Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. He is survived by his father, Mitchell Eakes and stepmother, Lesley Moore Eakes of the home; step maternal grandmother, Phyllis O. Moore of Farmville; sisters, Felisha Black and husband, Daniel of Greenville and Sarah Rose of the home; and three brothers, Ray Sutton of Raleigh, Cody Eakes and wife, Ashley of Greenville, South Carolina, and Casey Eakes of Greenville.
