Farmville................................Lillian Little Norville, age 92, died Wednesday April 20, 2016. Funeral service will be held Friday at 2:00 P.M. at the Falkland Presbyterian Church by Rev. Preston Smith and Rev. Mitchell Norville. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. Mrs. Norville was born December 6, 1923 to Robert and Mary Elks Little. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Norville; four brothers; and three sisters. Mrs. Norville was a member of the Falkland Presbyterian Church. She was a retired farmer and floral designer. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Register and husband, Sam of Falkland; son, Robert L. Norville and wife, Kay of Falkland; grandchildren, Robbie Norville and wife, Joy, Bobby Norville and wife, Patsy, Samantha Brann and husband, Charlie; step-grandchildren, Karen Vandiford and husband, Daniel, Roger Witherington, and Jason Witherington and wife, Tonya; great-grandchildren, Blake Norville and wife, Kala, Abby and Lauren Brann, Tanner Vandiford, and Kenley Witherington; and her extended family Liz Norville, and the Powell and Proctor families. The family will receive friends Thursday evening at the Farmville Funeral Home from 6 until 8:00 P.M. and other times at the home of Carol and Sam Register.
