Farmville.................................Lottie Smith Mozingo, age 91, died Monday, December 18, 2017. Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church by Rev. Claude Thomas Nethercutt. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery in Farmville. Mrs. Mozingo was a charter member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Wesley Mozingo; parents, James Madison Smith and Carrie Hines Smith; brothers, Norman, Wilbur, Bernice, and Linwood Smith; and sisters, Rubelle S. Mooring and Bessie S. Thomas. She is survived by her daughters, Margaret M. Stephenson and husband, Irving W. of Monterey, TN, Carolyn M. Kirby of Kenly, and Donna M. Dash and husband, Phil of Greenville; son, Garland W. Mozingo and wife, Connie of Farmville; sisters, Doris S. Moore, Lila S. McLawhorn, Margaret S. Murphy, and Thelma S. Taylor, all of Greenville; grandchildren, Wesley Mozingo of Farmville; Tara Bogart and husband, Tyson of Fort Mills, SC, Kristen Kirby and Mark Kirby both of Kenly; great-grandchildren, Zane Mozingo, and Brody and Finley Bogart. The family will receive friends at the Farmville Funeral Home, Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 P.M.
