Mr. Cullifer was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Margie Cullifer; and brother, Tracy Cullifer. He is survived by his wife, Beth Cullifer of the home; sons, Brandon Earl Cullifer and wife, Amanda of Wilson and Robert Ray Cullifer and wife, Tammy of Pinetops; and aunt, Dora Hathaway of Tarboro.
