Farmville.................................Peggy Williams Harrell, age 75, died Saturday, May 14, 2016. Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. from the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Danny Hill. Interment will follow in Hollywood Cemetery. Mrs. Harrell was a member of Mercy Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joshua Redmon and Letha Jones Williams; husband, Sidney Moore Harrell; brothers, Buddy Williams, Royce Williams, and Billy Williams; sisters, Lucille Shackelford, Doris Crow, and Minnie Little; and a daughter, Leslie Sauls. She is survived by her daughters, Donna Keel and husband, Bobby of Farmville, Pam Adams of Kenansville; Janet Clontz and husband, Stacy of Waynesville, and Barbara Albritton and husband, Mike of Hookerton; sons, Tony Shackelford and wife, Alice of Wilmington, Gerald Shackelford of Hookerton, Vince Harrell of Greenville, and Dean Harrell and wife, Lynn of Grifton; sisters, Etta Taylor of Hookerton, Joyce Dunn of Tarboro, and Amy Wainwright and husband, Edward of Newport News, VA; twenty grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Farmville Funeral Home Monday evening from 6 until 8:00 P.M., and other times at the home of Donna and Bobby Keel, 3646 North Main Street, Farmville.
