Farmville..................................Thomas Edward Devereese, age 70, died Monday, June 17, 2019. Memorial service will be held Monday June 24, at 7:00 P.M. at Wesley United Methodist Church by Rev. Dennis Levin. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 6 until 7:00 P.M. Mr. Devereese was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Dare Tripp Devereese of the home; daughters, Cassandra Holloman of Walstonburg and Melissa Devereese of Farmville; son, Jacob Edward Devereese of Chicod; brother, Theodore Charles Devereese of Cortland, NY; and six grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church in c/o Darlene Neal, 3256 Bell Arthur Road, Greenville, NC 27834. Online condolences may be made at www.farmvillefh.com.
