Snow Hill................................William Thomas Wainwright, age 82, died Thursday, January 5, 2017. Memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 11, at 7:00 P.M. from the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Steve Gay. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 6 until 7 P.M. Mr. Wainwright is survived by his wife, Hazel Walston Wainwright of the home; daughter, Brenda Wainwright Dudley of the home; granddaughter, Rebecca Lynn Stanley and husband, Tyler of Snow Hill; sisters, Arleta Relyea and husband, Jack of Walstonburg, Amaryllis Hunt and Mildred Hardee, both of Farmville; brothers, Freddie Wainwright and wife, Phyllis of Farmville and Jackie Wainwright and wife, Helen of Kinston; and a special son/brother-in-law, Luther Earl Walston and Barbara of Scuffleton.
