Albert Garrett

Albert Garrett, age 83, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

            A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 20, at 2:00 P.M. at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.

            He was preceded in death by his parents, James Garrett, and Lois Garrett; sisters, Joann Garrett, and Kay Garrett; brothers, Robert Garrett, Paul Garrett; in-laws Henry Hinson and Anna Ruth Wooten Hinson Morgan; brother-in-law, Johnnie Ruel Taylor; and nephew, Keith Grantham.

            He is survived by wife, Peggy Hinson Garrett, of the home; son, Wayne Garrett; granddaughter, Holly Ann Garrett; grand-dog Harley; sisters, Jean Phillips, Carolyn Smock, Lois Shipps, Diana Croom; brothers, Butch Garrett, Dick Garrett, Benny Garrett, and Gary Garrett.

            Arrangements are by Farmville Funeral Home.
