Alfred Suggs Obituary
Walstonburg…………………………Alfred Thomas Suggs, age 70, died Saturday, October 3, 2020.
A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, October 7, at the family cemetery off of HWY 264 ALT, in Walstonburg, N.C., at 2:00 P.M. and will be officiated by Rev. Doug Skinner and Rev. Walt Tyndall. The family will receive friends following the service.
Mr. Suggs, an avid hunter, and lifetime farmer, attended Spring Branch Original Free Will Baptist Church and retired from Greene Correctional Institution after twenty-five years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Suggs of the home; daughters, Angie Davis and husband, Dave of Greenville, and Amanda Beaman of Snow Hill; son, Phillip Suggs and wife, Jennifer of Farmville; grandchildren Tara Davis, Alyssa Beaman, Eli Suggs, and Avalee Suggs.
Those wishing to pay their respects to Mr. Suggs may do so at the Farmville Funeral Home, Tuesday, October 6, from 12 noon until 5:00 P.M.
