Annie Laurie (Rouse) Jones

Farmville……………………….Annie Laurie Rouse Jones, age 97, died Thursday August 28, 2025.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday September 2, at 1:30 P.M. at Hollywood Cemetery by Dr. Rick Bailey. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lewis Jones Sr.; son, Edward Lewis Jones, Jr.; parents, Herman and Blanche Rouse; brothers, Ben Rouse, Robert Lee Rouse, and Herman Rouse; sisters, Mary Ann Mitchell and Eva Rouse Rhoten.

She is survived by sisters, Blanche Frits and Mittie Pippin, both of Farmville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Farmville EMS, P.O. Box 352, Farmville, NC 27828, or a charity of one’s choice.
