Farmville…………………….Annie Mae Rouse, age 64,passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022.
Her parents are the late Lonnie Theodore Rouse and Ina Mearl Rouse; brother, Travis “Pete” Rouse; and sister, Marie Rouse. She loved taking care of the elderly and that was her passion. She loved the Lord and all of her church family who attended Farmville Church of God.
She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Mills (Jr.) of Walstonburg, Becky Edwards of Farmville, and Terri “Tootsie” Pedraza (Aldo) of Walstonburg; grandchildren, Joshua Mills, Amanda Shackelford (Chris), William “Little Bud” Mills (Lindsey), Daniel “Little Dan” Pedraza (Isabela) , Caleb “Boot Boot” Skinner, Stephen “Stevie” Pedraza and Taylor “Grace” Mills; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Connie Witherington of Farmville, Sallie Dunn of Farmville, and Mary Ann Rouse of Greenville; brothers, Jamie Rouse of Farmville and Jasper “Shorty” Rouse of Walstonburg. Her kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were her world. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and special friends, Jerry Morris and Bonnie Morris.
A funeral service will be held Sunday at 2:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Donald Daniels. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service form 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
