Ariabella Burns Obituary

Farmville………………………………….Ariabella Rosalee Burns, age 18, passed away December 23, 2024 At ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, due to complications from asthma, while being held by her mom, Nana, and her stepdad.  She was born August 28, 2006 at Fort Riley, KS to the parents of Tabatha and Bryan Burns.

She was preceded in death by a grandmother, Shirley Burns.

Ariabella, or as her mom called her Bell and her friends called her Peachy or Ari, was a very loving and caring young lady. She had a heart of gold and could make a room light up when she walked into it. Bell’s laugh was contagious and she tried and succeeded at making you smile or laugh. She loved to annoy her stepdad Michael, and really hated living so far from her Nana Donna. She loved hanging out with her boyfriend Jakah and her friends in Farmville, North Carolina and talking on the phone with her friends from Tennessee. She especially loved her mom and they enjoyed cooking, shopping, and having mommy and daughter time together. Bell was her mom’s best friend. She loved her cats, Wiggles, Beasty, and Auggie. She was an avid video gamer, loved music, and making TikTok videos. Bell was planning on joining the military once she graduated high school.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Tabatha Burns and Michael Mullinax; grandmother, “Nana” Donna Bender and husband, “Papa” Butch Shepherd; grandfather, Christopher Bender; and her beloved cats, Wiggles, Beasty, and Auggie.

Ariabella will be greatly missed by so many people.
