Fountain…………………………………..Audrey Webb Owens, age 91, died Thursday, November 28, 2024 at her home.

                                                                Funeral service will be conducted Sunday, December 1, at 2:30 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Stephen Duncan.  Interment will follow in Queen Anne Cemetery in Fountain.

                                                                The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:30 P.M. until 2:30P.M. at the funeral home.

                                                                Mrs. Owens was the oldest of three children born to Edna Hayes Webb and William Carl Webb. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; husband, Lenwood Curtis Owens; and brothers, William Haywood Webb and Henry Ralph Webb. was a member of Webbs Chapel Baptist Church.

                                                                She is survived by her son, Lenwood “Lennie” Curtis Owens Jr. and friend, Linda Jefferson; nieces, Faith Langley Fitzgerald, Connie Morgan and husband, Charles, and Donna Locklear; nephews, Frank Owens, Randall Owens, Timothy Owens, Ralph Dawson Webb and wife, Teresa; and many great nieces and nephews.
