Fountain…………………………………. Betty Lou Edwards, age 84, died Saturday, July 6, 2024.

                                                                A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 10, at 10:30 A.M. at Queen Anne Cemetery in Fountain.  The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.

                                                                She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Edwards, Sr. and parents, Herbert and Bessie Sessoms Winchester.

                                                                She is survived by her sons, Johnny Edwards, Jr. and wife, Laura-Kathryn of Fountain; Cooper Edwards and wife, Elaine of Tarboro; brother, Larry Winchester of Tarboro; grandchildren, Connor Edwards, Michael Edwards, Chelsey Edwards, Kailey Edwards and 2 great-grandchildren, Cooper Gardner and Creed Gardner.
