                                                                A private service will be held in her hometown of Newark, Ohio at a later date.

                                                                She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Ewing of Farmville; son, Dr. Randy VanVoorhis (Becky) of Chillicothe, OH; step-daughter, Cynthia Hollar of Newark, OH; stepson, Charles Hollar of Newark, OH and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
