                                                            No formal service will be held.

                                                            He is survived by his mother, Betty Urban of Macclesfield;

brothers, Mark Urban of Greenville, Hank Urban of Walstonburg, and James Urban of Pikeville; two nephews; two nieces; and 2 great nephews.
