Fountain……………………………………Brenda Turner Walston, age 71, died Thursday, September 30, 2021.

                                                                Graveside service will be held Sunday October 3, at 3:30 P.M. at Queen Anne Cemetery by Rev. Matthew Galloway. The family will receive friends following the service at the Graveside.

                                                                Mrs. Walston was a devoted member of Otters Creek FWB Church. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and cook for her family. Brenda never knew a stranger. She had a HUGE heart filled with the want to make everyone happy around her.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Ruth Morgan Turner and AC Turner; sisters, Diane Raper, Jean Tugwell, and Connie Casey.

                                                                She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Douglas Arthur Walston of the home; children, Robin Anderson and husband, Brian of Tarboro, Michael Walston and wife, Corie of Farmville; Christina Dennison and husband, Garry of Fountain; brothers, Joe Turner and wife, Lisa of Tennessee, and Wayne Turner and wife, Sandra of Fountain; grandchildren, Brian (Heather), Caitlin (Blake), Nicholas, Aaron,  Brandon, Christopher, Mason, Caleb, Jacob, and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Kailey, Brilynn, Autumn, Ella, Logan , Landon, Ayrleigh, and Morgan; and fur-babies, Daisy and Hayley.

                                                                Arrangements are by Farmville Funeral Home.
