He is survived by his wife, Kristy Hall Oakley of the home; daughter, Sadie Oakley and sons, Caleb and Tyson Oakley; mother, Laura Jane Barnett of Farmville; brothers, John Wayne Oakley Jr. of Smithfield, TN, and Marlow Hall of Greenville; and father-in-law Grover Hall of Fountain.
