Farmville…………………….Carol Ann Tyson Davis, age 87, passed away peacefully, February 22, 2024.

                                                Graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, February 24, at 3:00 P.M. at Hollywood Cemetery in Farmville by Pastor Scott Conner. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside. 

                                                Mrs. Davis was a lifelong resident of Farmville and was retired from Burroughs Welcome.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Owen Leslie Tyson and Nellie Johnson Tyson; and husband, Jessie Burton “J.B.” Davis.

                                                She is survived by her son, Edward “Eddie” Carroll Davis and wife, Marci of Greenville; grandchildren, Amanda Wall and husband, Chip and Burton Davis and wife, Cierra; and great-grandchildren, Khadirah and Nelly.

                                                Arrangements are by Farmville Funeral Home.
