Walstonburg…………………………Craig Craft, 55, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024 at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, June 9, at 3:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Walstonburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Craig graduated from Greene Central High School and lived all his life in Greene County. He was an electrician and worked for Pitt Electric and JOCO. He loved watching the Dallas Cowboys, Dale Earnhardt, and Duke basketball. He loved cats, especially Zorro, and all other animals.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Faye Reason Boykin; father, Thomas Neal Craft; sister, Tina Carol May; and step-father, Johnny Boykin; all of Walstonburg, NC.
Craig is survived by his brother, Timothy Neal Craft of Walstonburg; former wife, Mary Butts Craft of Greenville; nephews, Shane Craft and wife, Karen of Walstonburg, Thomas Craft and Jordan Barrow, both of Snow Hill; niece, Amanda Carol May; aunt, Patricia Reason of Walstonburg; and uncle, Donnie Reason of Texas.
He loved his family and was a “GREAT” Uncle Craig to Olivia, Elizabeth, and Grayson Allen Craft.
