Farmville……â…ââ…âââ…â….Evelyn Joyce Harris Vick, age 86, died Thursday, September 9, 2021.
Funeral service will be conducted Sunday, September 12, at 3:00 P.M. at Grimsley Original Free Will Baptist Church by Rev. Keith Phillips. Interment will follow in Ayden Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the church.
Mrs. Vick was a member of Grimsley Original Free Will Baptist Church and was retired from Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her daughter, Joy Fields and husband, Chuck of Walstonburg; sons, Stanley Vick and wife, Linda, and Pete Vick and wife, Hope, all of Farmville; grandchildren, Darlene Vick, Stan Vick, Jamie Vick, Michael Vick, Savanah Whitley, Brandon Carraway (Malaine), Jonathan Carraway (Marissa), Amber Fields Nunnery (Allen), and Trey Fields; great grandchildren, Taylor and Kaylee Vick, Sabrina Vick, Kaz Vick, Brayson and Bentley Whitlely, Aubrey Carraway, Carter Carraway, Millie Carraway, and Maggie Carraway and Brooks Nunnery; sister, Jean Turnage and husband, Roy of Goldsboro.
