Everett Allen Womack Jr., passed away on August 2, 2013. Born in Carter County, KY on September 30, 1934.

He was 78 when he passed away in his home in Fairview Park, Ohio, surrounded by family.

He was the beloved husband of Shirlee Ann Womack (nee Mikalonis); devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother. He was proud to have served in the Marine Corps and loved the company of his chihuahuas.

Memorial donations may be made to any animal shelter or haven.
