Fountain……………………Fernando Casanova Lugo Sr., age 64, died Sunday, December 7, 2025. 

                                                The family will receive friends Saturday, December 13 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Farmville Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM at Farmville Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Hollywood Cemetery.

                                                Fernando was the kind of man whose presence brought comfort, whose laughter brought joy, and whose love for his family guided every step he took. He worked hard, loved deeply, and did everything he could to provide stability, kindness, and support to the people he cared about. He worked for Tucker Farms for over 20 years, and truly loved and appreciated the Town of Farmville.

                                               Fernando era el tipo de hombre cuya presencia brindaba consuelo, cuya risa contagiaba alegría y cuyo amor por su familia guiaba cada uno de sus pasos. Trabajó arduamente, amó profundamente e hizo todo lo posible para brindar estabilidad, bondad y apoyo a las personas que quería. Trabajó en Tucker Farms durante más de 20 años y sentía un gran cariño y aprecio por el pueblo de Farmville.

                                                He is survived by his wife, Patricia Morales Casanova; daughters, Subrina Casanova, Jacqueline Casanova, Denise Casanova, Mayla Patricia Casanova, Marlen Zavala; son, Fernando Alberto Casanova Jr.; eight siblings and fifteen grandchildren.

                                                Arrangements are by Farmville Funeral Home.
