Graveside service will be held Saturday, July 25, at 11:00 A.M. at the Snow Hill Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Dianne O'Neal of the home; daughter, Crystal Wood and husband, Joey of Wendell; son, Stacey O'Neal and wife, Regina of Clayton; step-son, Daniel Penny of Goldsboro; brothers, David O'Neal and wife, Kathy of Fuquay Varina, and Danny O'Neal and wife, Jackie of Chapel Hill; grandchildren, Tyler O'Neal, and Reid Wood; brother-in-law, Buddy Humphrey and wife, Dorise.
