Gladys Lee (Parker) Lewis

Farmville…………………………………….Gladys Parker Lewis, age 94, passed away Tuesday February 25, 2025 at her home.

                                                                        Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 1, at 2:30 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the May Lew Farm, 5130 West Wilson Street, Farmville, NC 27828, from 12:30 P.M. until 2:00 P.M.

                                                                        Mrs. Lewis was preceded in death by her husband, James Benjamin Lewis Sr.; sister, Faye Lindsay; grandson, David Lewis; and daughter-in-law, Jo Ann Lewis.

                                                                        She is survived by her children, Jimmy Lewis and wife, Jenny of Farmville, Johnny Lewis of Farmville; Phyllis Hurt and husband, Howard of Rockwell, Phil Lewis and wife, Kim of Greenville, and Dena Hansley and husband, Phil of Clayton; sisters, Linda Beamon, Connie Smith, and Ruby Kennedy all of Farmville; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and caregiver, Vivian Blalock.
