Greenville……………………………………………..Holly Brook Sloan, age 44 , died Wednesday, January 10, 2024. 

                                                                                Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, January 18 at 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church in Farmville by Rev. Graham Bynum. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the church. Interment will be held at 3:30 P.M. at Edgewood Cemetery in Windsor. 

                                                                                Holly was preceded in death by both her paternal and maternal grandparents and her fiancé, Brian Worlds. 

                                                                                She was the Children’s Minister of First Baptist Church in Farmville where she loved each child as her own. She was a very giving person with the heart of a servant.

                                                                                She is survived by her parents, Brenda Sloan of Askewville and David Sloan of Windsor; sister, Shannon Perry and husband, Walt of Askewville; brother, Kyle Sloan and wife Larisa of Powhatan, Virginia; nephew and nieces, Evan Perry, Kylie Sloan and Avery Sloan; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

                                                                                In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the children’s ministry at First Baptist Church; P.O. Box 34, Farmville, NC 27828.
