Hookerton……………………………………..Jonsi Marie Joyner, age 42, died Thursday, March 14, 2024.

                                                            Memorial service will be held Sunday, March 17, at 3:00 P.M. at Hookerton Methodist Church.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M at the church.

                                                            Jonsi was preceded in death by her mother, Beverly Sugg Moore; grandfathers, Bobbie Joyner and Jamie Sugg Sr.

                                                            She is survived by her father, Mac Joyner of Ayden; paternal grandmother, Josephine Joyner; maternal grandparents, Evelyn and Toby Phillips; sisters, Jessica Joyner of Snow Hill and April Moore of Walstonburg; brother, C.J. Moore of Stantonsburg; nephews and nieces, Justin Honeycutt, Jason Johnson Jr., Leigha Johnson, and Eliana Moore; special aunt, Amy Phillips; and other special family members and friends.
