Joseph "Joe" Carroll Mozingo

Farmville……………………Joseph “Joe” Carroll Mozingo, age 67, died Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at his home.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, May 28, at 11:00 A.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Donald Daniels.  Interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Mozingo was preceded in death by his father, Connie Mozingo and mother, Magalene Gay and step-father, Roy Gay; and brother, Connie “Rooster” Parker.

He is survived by his wife, Clair Mozingo of the home; daughter, Zelphia Daley of Goldsboro; sons, Tony Mozingo of Farmville and Joseph Mozingo Jr. and fiancé, Margaux Daughtry of the home; grandchildren, Jordan Gayhardt, Phoenix Mozingo, Tanner Mozingo, Cody Daley, and Paisley Daley; sisters, Bonnie Mozingo and Patricia Cobb, both of Farmville, and Dana Mozingo of Elm City; brothers, Connie Mozingo Jr. and Mike Mozingo and wife, Beth, all of Farmville; and Johnny Mozingo of Elm City.
