                         Farmville….Joseph “Joe” Beasley Tripp, age 80, passed away Monday, August 08, 2022.

                         A graveside service will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in Hollywood Cemetery.

                         He is preceded in death by his wife, Margie Mae Nichols Tripp;  parents, Richard and Letha Peaden Tripp, and his sister, Mary Helen Mewborn.

                         He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Shirley and Bert Lamm of Tarboro; son, Jody Tripp of Farmville; sisters, Betty Jean Pittman, Hazel Gray, Bertha Pennell, and Blanche Butts; brother, Richard Tripp Jr.; grandchildren, Jennifer Gooch, Melissa Shackleford, Joey Tripp, and Lizzy Tripp; great-grandchildren, Olivia Gooch, Nathan Baker, and Ember Shackleford.
