Judith Wells Strickland

Judith Wells Strickland, age 81, passed away Friday, June 26, 2026 at her home.

                                                            Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, June 30, at 2:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Matthew Gallaway and Rev. Michael Woolard.  A sign language interpreter will be available for the service.  Interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:oo P.M. until 2:oo P.M.

                                                            Mrs. Strickland was a member of Spring Brach Original Free Will Baptist Church.

                                                            She is survived by her husband, Dennis Strickland Sr. of the home; daughters, Cindy Letchworth and husband, Rodney of Ayden and Melissa Gresia and husband, Mark of Sims; son, Dennis Strickland Jr. and wife, Catissa of Farmville; sisters, Linda Carol Morgan Sherrod of Fountain, Joan Holloman of Colorado, and Jane Smith of Florida; grandchildren, Krickett Oakley, Brooks Strickland, Meghan Reason, Brandon Strickland, Jonathan Dixon, Dylan Letchworth, Erika Letchworth, Ryan Gresia, Colin Gresia, and Adam Gresia; fifteen great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

                                                            The family extends a special thank you to Pruitt Hospice for their compassionate care of their loved one.
