Farmville…………………………..Linda Kienzle Amendt, age 82, died Monday, June 29, 2026.

                        A memorial service will be held Friday July 10, at 1:00 P.M. at the Farmville Methodist Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

                        Linda retired from the Indian River School District in Delaware for 27 years. She cherished spending time with her family, took great delight in holiday traditions, and had a great passion for watching sports.

                        She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Norman Amendt Jr. of the home; daughter, Christine Amendt of Farmville; sons, Scott Amendt and wife, Stormi of Farmville; Mark Amendt and wife, Tangy of Millsboro, Delaware; grandchildren, Benjamin, Kevin, Mark, Brittany, Dalton, Miranda, Hailey, and Grayson; and several great-grandchildren.
