Lois Burress Amerson

Fountain……………………………..Lois Burress Amerson, age 82, died Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

                                                            A memorial graveside service will be held Sunday, July 17, at 3:30 P.M. at Queen Anne Cemetery in Fountain by Rev. Ron Braxton.  The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.

                                                            She was preceded in death by her daughter, Phyllis Skinner, great grandchild, Brittany Cook, and mother, Evelyn Burress.

                                                            She is survived by hir husband, Bennie “Bill” Amerson of the home; daughters, Patricia Turner of Wilson and Deborah Tripp of Saratoga; step-son, Greg Amerson of Fountain; brother, Carlton Burress of West Virginia; grandchildren, Steven Turner, Pamela Langston (Tony), Barbara Tripp, Christopher Tripp, Jennifer Cook (Randall), Ben and Brook Amerson; twelve great grandchildren.

                                                            Arrangements are by Farmville Funeral Home.
