Walstonburg...................Marie Whitley Corbett, age 92, died Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at her home. Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, January 28, at 7:00 P.M. from the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Tony Glass. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 6 until 7:00 P.M. Interment will be held Friday at 11:00 A.M. at the Walstonburg Cemetery. Mrs. Corbett was a member of Howell Swamp Original Free Will Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Vicky Corbett of the home, Gail Wall and husband, Dwight of Garner, and Trudy Respess and husband, Dwight of Plymouth; brother, John Henry Whitley of Wilson; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
