Farmville……………………………………….Mark Allen Strickland, age 61, passed away Monday, January 19, 2026 at ECU Health Medical Center.

The memorial service will be held Saturday, February 7 at 11:00 A.M at the Farmville Church of God; 6857 US-258, Farmville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the church and other times at the home; 6441 Allen Gay Road, Farmville, NC, 27828.

Mr. Strickland was preceded in death by his father, H.F. Strickland; brother, Mike Strickland; and bonus son, Joshua Wade.

He is survived by his wife, Angie Tugwell Strickland; mother; Joyce Rose Strickland; daughter, Ashley Griffin; son, Alex Strickland; bonus children, Shaun Ham, London Love; sister, Debbie Strickland Whitfield and husband, Ricky; grandchildren, Skyler, Josie, Kelsey; bonus grandchildren, Christopher, Huey, Maxine; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins; and special pets, Beau and Roxie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help assist with expenses.
