Grifton……………………………….Nettie Faye Sumlin McLawhorn, age 74, died Tuesday, September 14, 2021.

                                                            Funeral service will be conducted Friday, September 17, at 11:00 A.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Jeff Toler.  A private burial will follow at a later time.

                                                            The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home.

                                                            She is survived by her son, Robbie Starling and wife, Dini of Greenville; step-daughter, Hannah McLawhorn and husband, Shep of Grifton; sister, Joyce Mangum and husband, Johnny of Fountain; brother, Jimmy Sumlin and wife Diane of Fountain; nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
