Macclesfield……………………………………Peggy Webb Ellis, age 83, died Friday, August 25, 2023.

                                                            Graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 30, at 11:00 A.M. at the Macclesfield Cemetery by Ralph Dawson Webb.  The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home, and other times at the home of Crystal and Tommy Rouse, 2794 South Fountain Road, Macclesfield, NC.

                                                            Mrs. Ellis was preceded in death by her husband, R.J. Ellis; parents, Richard and Thelma Webb; sister, Jenny Johnson; and brother, Bruce “Nig” Webb.

                                                            She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Rouse and husband, Tommy of Macclesfield; grandchildren, Bridgett Sasser and husband, Matt, Jessica Britt and husband, Thomas, and Dustin Gooding; great grandchildren, Jordan and Landon Crawford, Noah Sasser, Faith and Ava Leonard; sister, JoAnn Hathaway of Macclesfield; and special friend, Charlie Wainwright.
