Peggy Holloman Sumrell

Farmville…….Peggy Holloman Sumrell, age 81, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023 at her home.

                                             Memorial service will be held Friday, May 12, at 6:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. John Hill.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.

                                                She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Sumrell and grandson, Trey Sumrell.

                                                She is survived by her daughter, Tonya Ellis and husband, Michael of Farmville; sons, Scott Sumrell and wife, Gretchen of Tarboro and Bill Sumrell of Walstonburg; brothers, Ray Holloman of Walstonburg and Charles Holloman of Suffolk, VA; grandchildren, Christina Ellis, Kyle Ellis, Chase Sumrell, Collin Gay, Hunter Gay, Kaley Sumrell, Logan Sumrell, and Justin Robins; and "special" friend Mary Lou Little.
