             Ralph Edward Bable, born December 31, 1960, passed away July 20, 2023 at ECU Health Medical Center.

             A memorial service will be held at Howell Swamp OFWB Church, Walstonburg, July 29th at 12 noon. Visitation will be held prior to the service starting at 11 am.

             Ralph was preceded in death by his father, Edward Bable of Ohio, brother, Bruce McLaughlin of West Virginia, and niece, Erin McLaughlin of Walstonburg.

             He is survived by his son, Ra`Shad Morgan (Veronica) of Newport News, VA, Mother Sandra and stepfather, Tom McLaughlin of Walstonburg, sister, Tammy Wild of Walstonburg, brother, Jeff (Viola) McLaughlin of Salisbury, nephew, Jordan McLaughlin of Walstonburg, grandchildren, Mahki and Mahlani Morgan of Newport News, VA.

             In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Howell Swamp OFWB Church, for the ministry of the Laymen`s League.
