Farmville…………………………………………Ray Hardy Hardison Jr. passed away Monday, November 14, 2022 with his family by is side. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray H. Hardison Sr. and Maggie May Hardison.
After graduating from High School in 1960 Ray joined the US Army serving with the 101st Airborne Division. After leaving the Army he started a career with E.I. Dupont, working at the Kinston Plant and the Richmond VA Plant where he retired after 30 years of service.
Ray loved spending time at the River, cruising the Pamlico on his boat Ole’ II, NASCAR Racing, Tar Heel Basketball, and Genealogy.
Ray is survived by his wife, Carol Jean Odham Hardison, children, Ray Hardy Hardison III, Ricky West and Wanda Rose West.
No funeral service per his request.
